Doesnt really have to do with the correct answer, just with the answer explanations. (For those of you who have it) Look at the answer explanations for card 14 in bio (the green ones). It says muscles are connective tissue. From my understanding, muscle made its own category of tissue (the other three being nervous, epithelial, and connective). Mysiums are connective tissues that cover muscle, but they aren't muscles themselves. Do I assume AAMC made a mistake (not the first time they did this) or do I just lump muscles with connective tissues for the purposes of the MCAT?
