Numbers wise looks competitive
A bit lacking in nonclinical volunteering.. I see the Nepal thing but it sounds like voluntourism. Your application would be a lot stronger if you had consistent nonclinical volunteering

Your MCAT score is competitive... But, if I was adcom, I would wonder why there was only a 2 point increase between the first time and second time... That would raise a yellow flag I think..

Mount Sinai
New York University
Add any OOS private schools that appeal to you.
