Im working on a capital case and we are seeking a neuropsychologist to serve as an expert witness. Does anyone know if there in an online database that can be sorted by location and that also gives a background on the person? This person will need to hold a PHD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology. Any help pointing me in the right direction is appreciated!

You could use the ABPP database. It won't give you a whole lot of background info but you can get the names of a bunch of ABPP diplomate holders in neuropsych.

If you want to give me the text of what you want specifically, I can post it to the NP and Forensic NP listserves and have them contact you. You can email backchannel

Will do. Let me talk with my boss about the specifics that I can post here and then also email you with more details offline.

You may want to check with some of the death penalty resource centers (the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, for instance). They employ such experts frequently and probably have a list of folks who are good.
