MKO melt sublingual sedation for cataract surgery?

Anybody have any experience with the "MKO" melt for cataract surgery? Like it, don't like it, worth the time to try it?

I'm sorta surprised that ketamine induced nystagmus doesn't create any issues for the surgeon. I guess dose is low enough??

Either way, seems like overkill to me. I would think just Midaz alone or even Valium would be fine (like they do for LASIK).
