Are the questions in MKSAP 14 distributed throughout the 11 books or are all the questions together? What is the % breakdown of content vs. questions?

Is the CD the same as the books and is it possible to print out all of the questions from the CD?

For the online MKSAP 14, is it possible to print out all of the questions and solutions or would I have to go through them one by one?

What are the Self-Assessment Updates?
