I used it. Many of the questions are too specific and in-depth for the step II. I did, however, pick up alot of good info that impressed my attendings on rounds. I'm not sure if I would use it again?
It couldn't hurt. But if you have a limited amount of time that you want to dedicate to studying, another question book might be better. The MKSAP is questions only. The answers contain the info, but its not like the real MKSAP series which is more like text.
