MKSAP practice results vs. actual IM shelf results?

I'm doing Kaplan qBook and MKSAP and getting crushed. For those of you who took the IM shelf and used qBook/MKSAP to prepare, can you tell us what % of questions you were getting right on qBook/MKSAP and how that compared to your actual IM shelf score? Thanks!

Let's see. I answered 65-75% of the MKSAP-2 questions correctly and scored around the 95th percentile on the medicine shelf, which was my first shelf exam. Some of my friends did worse on the MKSAP questions but better on the Shelf, so I think the correlation is difficult to make.
