I am currently in the process of applying to D.O. schools. So far I've gotten five secondary applications back. I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone knows if the admissions committee looks at the entire application and what a person has accomplished? I have a very high GPA and lots of involvements and volunteer work, but my MCAT scores weren't the greatest!!!

I think they look at the whold kit 'n kaboodle. When I applied (and I got in), they were extremely interested in the things I had done OUTSIDE of school. DO schools are certainly known for cutting some slack to people who started out rough. I think you're fine.

Good luck to you!
