I have many morning classes this semester (MWF at 9, Thursday at 830). I had no other options. I'm not exactly a morning person, and have noticed that my performance in these classes is suffering because of stupid mistakes from lack of sleep. Oh - and I have a roommmate who could really care less to let me sleep more. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions besides coffee?

Thanks.

try to get more sleep, take cold showers in the morning. i'm not a morning person either but once i started having to keep a strict schedule, i got used to waking up early.

Eat breakfast if you're not doing so already. But yea, coffee is the only thing that really does it for me...you just gotta plan ahead since it doesn't kick in maximally until an hour later when the caffeine actually makes it to your bloodstream 👍

If you're not a coffee person, tea works as well.

Try getting up at the same time everyday... weekends too (or at least within one hours of ur weekday time), that way your body gets used to waking up at that time.

I'm definitely not a morning person either!
