Most common encounters in the ED

Does anyone know where I could get a list of the most common encounters in the ED (ie. 1. chest pain, 2. abdominal pain, etc)? I did a pubmed search but did not get anything. If you don't know of such a list, could you comment on what you subjectively think are the 10 most common encounters in the ED? Thanks.
