Is it type IIb (familial combined hypelipidemia) or type IV(familial hyper triglyceridemia)?
Wikipedia graph says its type IV, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Relative_prevalence_of_familial_hyperlipoproteinemias.png
but a lot of random posts in forums claim its type IIb.
from the replies to my previous most common qn in this forum, i understand all these are low yield,
but isnt it possible step1 could come up with a "which of the following is most likely" qn (with similar presentation as both types) once in a while ?
