ditto that. Anatomy is key for rad onc, but you'll need to learn cross-sectional / radiographic anatomy, which your MS1 anatomy class probably doesn't focus on. Anatomy is still anatomy, and having good fundamentals can only help you.

The amount of physics you have to know to be a typical successful candidate, I'd say, is almost none. Unless you have a degree in physics or did research in physics, they won't expect much physics knowledge from you as an applicant.
 
That is, unless you interview at Arizona! I got pimped about the different types of particle radiation there during my interview. :eek:
