Most meaningful non-medical experience secondary question

Obviously I had to list three most meaningful activities on my primary, but are these questions asking me to pick one of those? Or is it asking for a specific "experience," rather than long-term activity?

Sometimes the application will specify - I distinctly recall some schools during my application year specified instructions to discuss something not already discussed in the AMCAS application. If they don't specify, you could use it as an opportunity to discuss more, additional things that you didn't have room left for in your AMCAS, or you could use it to expand on what you've listed as a most meaningful in your AMCAS.

When I was asked this question, I stuck with the same activity but chose a different moment/aspect to emphasize. There's inevitably going to be SOME overlap, you just have to minimize it.
