If you do an MPH between 3rd and 4th year of medical school, do you have you to submit your MPH transcript to residency programs? Is it a part of ERAS?
    Any insight would be appreciated.

Haven't done ERAS yet, but my understanding was that you submit all of your transcripts. Could be wrong though.

I'm working on my ERAS now ... there is no place to upload graduate or undergradate transcripts. So, no they don't see them. They just see where you did it, and what degree you did.

I guess they do not request all of your transcripts, but ERAS step #5 shows that your dean's office will upload your medical school transcript (http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/guideline/05.htm) and google shows that several programs suggest you obtain a copy of your med school transcript before you complete ERAS to verify that things look correct.

I guess graduate work won't help - shucks - my grad transcript is a lot better than my med school one
