Hi everyone!
Two questions about finding residencies:
1. Where is a good place to find reviews of different residency programs (namely what residents think of their experience there). I've checked out www.scutwork.com, are there any others?
2. If I'm looking to do a fellowship (Child/ adolescent and/or addiction), is it better to do a residency somewhere that has these fellowships, or does that not really matter.

When I was applying, I didn't find any websites other than scutwork.com which had reviews by residents. I got most of my info from residents in my program who had been students elsewhere or who had interviewed at other places. I also talked to the psychiatry program director at my school. Going to interviews 4th year was also informative.

As far as fellowship, I don't know much about that yet as I am a PGY-I, but it seems to me that you should go to a place which has good exposure to the field you are interested in. Some places have a preference for their own residents, but there are always people outside of the residency who get spots.
