I am planning on going to medical school at the university of Central Florida. I looked on their medical school admissions cite and it said I need my Bachelors degree. At my local community college though, there was a girl who was in my chemistry class who took the MCAt, got a good score, and got into medical school without the bachelors. So do I need one or not?

Depends on the school. The school I'll be applying to this year just requires a minimum of 90 credit hours and about 75% of a degree plan completed.

The vast majority of people have their bachelors degree, regardless of the schools' specific policies. You're better off just getting it, even if you are "planning on going" somewhere that doesn't require it...because schools have more say in your plans than you do.
