Hi, I've been accepted to MUA, Sint Eustasius, and St. Christophers. Can anyone provide any insights into any of these schools. All the research I've been doing keeps coming up with mixed reviews and I'm at a total lost. Thanks!

where would you feel most comfortable attending?

Does class size matter to you?

Cost?

Just ask yourself some questions and you'll consider what works for you. I think all 3 schools have forums on www.valuemd.com

Perhaps some research there might help.

In addition to what future said, what about SGU, Ross, and AUC? Did you even look into/apply to those programs?

go to the school where you can get piping hot fresh pizza, without needing a delivery driver 😉

man Smythe has some serious issues. Anyway...I can see the idiot was banned. Figures. Must be an undergrad dropout.

Check out every place you can.

Go to the place that suits your interests and what you want from a school. Lastly, listen to nobody at all without verifying what you can know to be absolutely true. Not me, not the idiot Smythe, not anyone. Lies show up in all forms.

Call the schools, call program directors at residency programs if you can, call anyone and look for verifiable information.

Each school has chinks. Which ones can you live with?

Future, Skip:
Thanks so much, I looked at the website. The reason I didn't apply to the schools you mentioned is because they require MCAt scores. (Don't know if that says something or not!) Because I'm applying to med school late in my career (in my eyes) I'm really concerned about wasting time i the "wrong" school. There was a forum I went t o and read stuff from "turn the page?" and that really scared me. I was thinking about visiting all three schools. I had ruled out MUA mainly because I didn't like the attitude of some of the people I spoke to but now I wonder if I was to hasty since it is a sister school to SABA. Anyone, I really appreciate your insight!
Thanks!

someone called Turn. I researched and found them very unreliable and down right nasty and dishonest.

I would visit the schools personally. Once you do that, any fears can be alleviated, you can talk with real live students, and get a chance to see what you like and dislike.

I think Neil Boortz said it best: Don't trust anything you read on the internet unless you absolutely know it to be true and verifiable yourself.
