Okay how much of this do we really need to know? I just took kaplans MSK section and there were so many questions like that! Its anatomy of muscles, blood supply, nerve supply, orientations all in one. Is this high yield or even medium yield?

bump.
i was about to ask this exact same question.
all i found while thread-searching was a few 2008 test takers mentioning a couple random USMLE q's about muscle insertions...
my idea was to review actions/innervations of major muscles but i'm debating blood supply and <cringe> insertions...
i just don't think insertions are worth spending a lot of time on...might as well just review the boxes in board review books for common fractures/pathologies (i.e. golf elbow and all that).
i'm not too thrilled about the FA musculoskeletal section...Definitely not going to cut it for the COMLEX musculoskeletal q's anyway (i think).

Anyone have a good resource for this? There were many many many questions about this from Kaplan.
