My chances at these schools

Hello everyone.

Been reading the forum for a while and finally decided to join. : )

I plan to apply next summer and was wondering what my chances are like at these schools: buffalo, pitts, maryland.

I have 3.67 cGPA with 3.69 sGPA. My AA is 22 and PAT is 21.

The thing is I am a Canadian applicant. The schools listed above are state schools so I am unsure as to how stong of an applicant I will be.

Your stats look good. Work on your extra curricular stuff this year: community service, shadowing, working, etc. I would add some private schools because they are more likely to accept internationals (I think). Try Penn, Columbia, and maybe schools like Tufts and NYU as well.

I think Pitt is actually a pseudo public school. From what I understand, they don't receive a lot of state funding and they actually accept a lot of OOS applicants (maybe even international?).

Your stats look good. I agree with Maygyver -- work on your extracurriculars and apply to some private schools too.
