So I first took the MCAT two years ago and got a 502 (126-124-126-126).

I am retaking my MCAT and have my exam scheduled for the 2nd of June, which is about 6 weeks away. I have taken these exams so far in addition to completing the AAMC section banks, and Chemistry/both Biology Q Packs.

NS Half Diagnostic (501)
NS FL 1 (505) = 125-126-127-127
NS FL 2 (504) = 127-126-126-125

I still have these exams left:

NS FL 3
NS FL 4
AAMC Unscored FL
AAMC FL 1
AAMC FL 2
AAMC FL 3

However, I am discouraged that my score from NS FL 1 to NS FL 2 did NOT improve! I was hoping to get my C/P section up to at least a 127 to at least obtain a score of 507, but the P/S section in NS FL 2 had SO MANY TERMS that I did not know!

How can I improve? When I review my FLs the next couple of days after taking it, I go through EVERY question (even ones I got right) to understand them, see why I got them right/wrong, and review content that I really did NOT know.

These are my percentages from NS FL 1 and NS FL 2

C/P (NS FL 1 VS NS FL 2) = (50.85% VS 64.41%)
CARS (NS FL 1 VS NS FL 2) = (69.81% VS 71.70%)
B/B (NS FL 1 VS NS FL 2) = (60.49% VS 59.22%)
P/S (NS FL 1 VS NS FL 2) = (67.80% VS 54.24%)

Being discouraged builds character, question is what you did with it? After two years, you should be scoring 599 or better? I wish I could impart medical school on you, I suspect you are like I was, you thought you studied for the thing? Fact is, if I studied for the preclinical years of med school like I did the MCAT I'd be a janitor at my school.
