I always planned on calling st. john but then i saw on my site that my application was sent so i didn't worry about it.

i called them today, the one in queens. she said my application was incomplete. ****ing bastards, why didn't they tell me?
i applied way back in november 23.

they said I am missing my student resume, what the hell is that?

they also said i only have one reference sheet/recommendation letter but didn't tell me who it's from.

what do i do? i was worrying since saturday and this is why i didn't find out...

how do i go on?

i will go to the ****ing guidance office first thing tomorrow and find out wtf happened..

it was all supposed to be sent. i had all the things sent out!!!!! wtf, i will kill those *******s in guidance if i find that they accidentally left the rec form in the cabinet.

how do i go to sleep at night?

I'm confused. So, someone else was responsible for sending it?

My guidance counsler needed to send all my information.

True to her word, I have been accepted to University of Sciences in Philidelphia's pharmacy program.

Yeah, and take this one as a lesson learned. Never ever ever ever ever rely on someone else to get something like this right.

Second of all I appplied to USC and they emailed me not to email them and follow up they will let me know after 3 months I called and they said well we never received your complete application, I said yes I sent all but i'll be happy to re send it...long story short i sent it two more times and finally being hopeless i went to the office physically and talked to someone and she said sorry but we never received anything eventhough i had all my documents, then to top it off she said you have a very competetive application had we gotten your application you would've probably gotten accpeted!! I just said thank you and left! I am graduating this may from a three year program and much happier to saved a year!! thank god they didn't receive my application!

Have you had psych in P&T yet? This guy doesn't really fit bipolar symptomology. Just mood swings.

To the OP, Congrats on USP. Weird that they accept people so late. Oh wait, they're trying to recover the 4 million dollars lost due to low enrollment last year. I think students are finally starting to realize that pharmacy isn't the safe career choice it once was.

thank you. USP has rolling admissions. I am a bit shocked because I got a letter dated to Jan 10 that my application has been processed.
so I was accepted in 7 days.....

ah well. it's better for the people who want to become pharmacists for the profession and not for a quick and easy $100,000.
Sure I want to make that much but I primarily want to be happy.

oh boy you are in for a big suprise! it's not quick and it definately is not easy

Make another plan, Stan. Either wait to apply the next cycle and make sure you have everything in, or apply to other schools. Convince yourself that some other adventure is out there to help yourself sleep at night. You shouldn't really set your heart on one school.

Stay calm, man. Deep breathing, perhaps a glass of wine to relax yourself (if you're 21 or over). Then, figure out what you'll do next.
