Most medical schools are picky regarding the signature and official letterhead (ACOM is will place your application on hold if the LOR is not on official letterhead). You will be fine.

There are many letter writers who allow the student to see a draft of the letter to make sure it looks good before they submit it confidentially through a letter service.
