Truth be told, nobody cares. I couldn't tell you one thing about Myers-Briggs except that it doesn't even enter my mind when working with colleagues in surgery or interviewing applicants for surgery/fellowship. Cheers.

Eh it's kind of a fair question to an extent.

Not in the sense of the actual specific letters/categories of mbti but there's probably some difference between very extraverted vs introverted personalities. More charismatic, outgoing people are possibly drawn more to certain specialties than others, some are more skewed by gender (granted that's not necessarily by choice), etc.

After all, the frat bro ortho stereotype had to come from somewhere lol
