I applied to MSU last year and to my knowledge they screen for secondaries (at least for out-of staters).

yep. they screen. and there's a 2-or-3wk deadline for getting the 2ndary in, if you've gotten it by now. it's an online app w/a couple of easy essays (basically 'why msu?') and additional one if you're interested in their rural physician program. neat program.
