I was just doing some calculation problems for NAPLEX prep and this one confused me... I know it is easy.. but can someone just explain

What is the minimum volume that the pharmacist should dispense?
1 tbsp ac and hs for 10 days

The answer says 600 mL

I am logging in for this...

1 tablespoon(tbsp) = 15 mL

You eat 3 meals a day, so thats 3 x 15 mL = 45 mL

You have a bedtime dose = 15 mL

45 mL + 15 mL = 60 mL

60 mL x 10 days = 600 mLs

I have a quick q if anyone knows you have happen to know - prenaplex asked to convert from morphine PO to IV, and then give mL/hour. Would you decrease the TDD by 25% even tho they didnt specify? Due to interindividual first pass variability? Or just keep it the same... rxprep said if the q specifies to keep it equiv dont decr, but my q of course didnt specify!
