Hi,

Has anyone heard about ASHP's PharmPrep? Is it helpful for Naplex?

Thanks so much in advance.

I used it and passed. Its much harder than the actual exam, in my opinion, but a good, thorough review.

I own it. It is a book of case studies with questions. You are given a patient profile and then asked questions about it. If you are looking for a book that provides a review of topics then don't use this. If you want something with a lot of questions that you can practice with, it is a good book. I am using this, APhA, and my class notes to prepare for NAPLEX.

If you want to study for the BCPS exam its an excellent guide. Otherwise, don't waste your money on it for the naplex.

Thank you so much, Lexis67, Karm12, Motiv8.
Thanks so much for your advice.

wow, I thought it would require a lot more of study. In Europe, to get a Pharm licensure exam for hospital (you don't need it to work at retail stores), people usually study for about 6 months about 8 hours a day.
