Does anyone know if anyone has ever been turned down for the Air Force HPSP because of what was found in their NAC? More specifically the credit report portion of the NAC. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Every officer is required to have a secuirty clearance and a person with a bad credit record perceives as a potential risk and will hinder the chance to obtain or maintain the secuirty clearance. In fact most military soldiers cannot obtain one due to bad financial record. If you are not truthful about your financial record on HPSP application you will have a lot explaining to do...Remember military will run this type of background check throughout your military career.
