Navy HPSP tattoo regs

Hey I'm a first year Navy HPSP student. Was wondering what the regulations for getting tattoos during school is. I remember signing a form about it but if I remember correctly that stated I wouldnt get any until my application was complete and I commissioned.

I could be completely wrong so just want to get more details before I do anything to screw up my standing in the program.
