Well the Navy tried to recruit me today. I got a pamphlet in the mail about FAP and HPSP. Rob, you didn't submit my name, did you?

I hope the Air Force doesn't investigate me because of this disloyalty 🙂

Of course if they do, I gotta ask them why the heck they're not recruiting me. There's got to be some irony there, when one service is actively recruiting me to be a health professional and my service refuses to let me even though I'm requesting it

The divorce following my first long deployment to sea... sounds extremely bad 🙂

I gotta hand it to the Navy dudes. They really embody sacrifice. Not as much as the Army, but living on a ship with such a skewed "dude ratio" is something else

I got the mailing too. I also got an Army mass e-mail because they get a master MCAT list (with scores). On a side note, do the branches get mad at you if you apply for two different ones? I want to apply for both Army and Airforce, will they get upset and not give me either?

Gotta love the recruiting command. I've been active duty for almost 7 years and keep getting recruiting brochures . . .

They're not that organized. There will come a point when you start signing contracts. That's the point that you don't want to still be courting two girls
