I have graduated in 1999 abroad, what books do I need to study in order to be sure I will have enough info to pass the first board with high score, does anyone sell them at resonable prices?
At the admision interview for one of the advanced standing or specialty how important is that I have not practiced since 2001?
Does the specialty programs or advanced standing prepare you clinically-practically enough to be sure that you will have pass the licensing practicals?
