NBDE part-1 for 2nd year BDS student

I'm a 2nd year BDS student from India, for giving NBDE part-1 I need to pass in microbiology and pathology, part of my 2nd year curriculum. My finals are in July, I need to know how much time does it take for transcript evaluation, application, getting dentpin and a test date.I've only 1month between 2nd and 3rd year for doing so and also is there anyone here currently preparing for nbde part-1 in their 2nd year BDS??
