62 y/o F with urge incontinence, phmx of HTN, hysterectomy for fibroids 10 years ago......what is the most appropriate pharmacotherapy for her incontinence?

1. conjugated estrogens
2. oxybutynin

Oxy. Estrogen don't really have a roll because she has an Overactive bladder u want something that will decrease the cholinergic stimulation. Hope this helps
