Any thoughts on which discplines/organ systems are accurately represented on Qbank and the NBME Self Assessments?
For example on QBANK the organ system with my highest score is Heme/Lymp but it is by far my lowest area on the 1st NBME Self Assessment? Does this mean that Heme/Lymp questions on QBank are easy or that the questions on NBME are more difficult or that it's just too small a sample size (700 questions on Qbank so far, 200 question NBME) to really tell me anything?
Any areas on QBank or NBME self assessments that you feel are not representative of Step I?
