Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa or Washington...how would you rank them?

In your opinion... how would you rank these schools? Also, if any of you know much about these schools, what can you tell me about them?

I've heard that out of 45 entering students at NE 40 of them had done graduate work of some kind. My friend who told me that is one of the 5 who didn't cause she's pretty darn smart. BTW, at least for 1, 2, and 4 you better plan on moving to the state a year early and establishing residence if you want to have even a shot at getting in.
