Im looking for a female subleaser to sublease an apt. Apt is rt across LECOM main campus. Its called Laural Springs through pastore builders. Subleaser will be sharing the apt with a MS1 student.
Apt details -
Apt is only a year old
2 bedroom and 1 full bath.
living room is already furnished.
Bedroom is unfurnished
Rent is $345 per person (utilities are included)
Electric and Cable combined is approx 60-80 per mth/ person
Lease will start May 2010 - May 2011
