I am in bit dilemma situation
I' ve got admission from JHU MPH without money
but there is one oppotunity of funiding from my country, and it would be determined just 10 days before the start of the semester!!!!!
In case that I cannot get the scholarshoip, I cannot pay for tuition.
So, I want to defer if I can't get the scholarsihp,
is it possible to defer just 10 days before the beginning of the course?
or should I re-apply next year?
please give me some advise
