I got two dental schools response saying my application has been not denied nor accepted and wait for the next round admission review cycle. Is this response telling me that I will get less chance to get admission? Or just a formality of denial response? How much chance I have for this response? Please let me know!!!!

I think logically, since you weren't accepted this round, you have a lower chance of getting in, but that doesn't mean you have no chance of getting in. Looks like you and I are both chilling out for a while.
