Need Advice on AMCAS application

I made a mistake and did not include classes that I will be taking over this next year in my application. One of the classes is biochem which is required at some med schools... so am I just screwed? Or can I contact the schools myself and just let them know. I am stressing a bit about this so any advice would be great. thanks

This should go in the pre-allo forum, but...

I don't think it will make a big difference. Let the schools know if they ask.
