Need advice on NBDE I

Hi, I'll be taking nbde 1 in August, do those of you who've taken it already, and done well, have any words of wisdom..on how I should be studying for it? I feel so lost

I made decks,kaplan,old exams and I got 89,hope this helps

it is the new version and it took me about 4-5 months
about kaplan review,I got it from kaplan centre in my country

I have kaplan review book nbde part 1 of 2006, do i need to buy the recent one or this is fine .
