If a location is not a issue, I will rank U Pitt # 1 based on the strength of their subspeciality divisions and fellowship placement. Their sub specialities are well-regarded out there. Pittsburgh is a second largest city in PA. The living in Pittsburgh is very affordable for its size and diversity.

Agreed...ignoring location, Pitt is a clear #1 on your list. There is a tremendous financial base that Pitt sits on which partially funds a very strong research program. now, you have to figure out if you want to be in the 'burgh for residency...
