Need help with a few PAT questions....

1) For this first one....How the hell did they go from fold 2 to fold 3? It looks to me as though they are folding into the page which is not allowed? Or am I missing something?






2) For this second one- isn't it also folding into the page? This is so confusing!





3) For this keyhole...how come B can't be the correct answer?

as for B, the central figure is supposed to be a circle, not a square.

i am killing my eyes and don't see that it's not a circle..it looks like a circle to me

for the first 2: i thought the rules say that you are not allowed to fold into the page?
