Need help with preparation for interviews

I was wondering if there are any resources out there to learn more about problems in the healthcare system. I understand that a lot of interview questions focus of HMOs, ethical issues, etc. that medicine is facing. I'd like to be prepared to discuss these issues when I start applying to medical school next year.
