You have a good list. You can remove state public schools that accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state such as
UNC
Virginia Tech
Michigan State
Indiana
Florida International
Central Michigan
Cooper
Miami and Emory are reaches.
Apply to 5 DO schools that appeal to you and include NYIT.

@Faha why do you consider Emory a reach for him? Its only 515/3.75/3.79 medians and he's only a few points short for the MCAT median. Agreed, it wouldn't be a safety school but by the numbers it doesn't look like that far a reach. Thanks.

Emory has a significant instate bias. They interview over 20% of Georgia applicants compared to only 6% of non residents.
