Neuroanatomy is killing me !

Anyone help ?
I've been studying neuroanatomy for a year and a half from now.
I'm about to go 'sane , something's going wrong.
The university where I study is ''University of Prishtina" .
The lectures has been translated from serbo-croatian , with so many details like brain nuclei-s ,
and lot of lot details that in "Gray's Anatomy" I barely can't find them .
I've been using an atlas from Dr. Branko M. Slivic .
Does anyone know what should i learn ?

Um, this is a website for American medical students and doctors. That being said you're going to have trouble finding Neuroanatomy in a Gross Anatomy textbook like Gray's Anatomy so this isn't surprising.

Learn what your school tells you to learn. No clue why you are studying neuroanatomy for a year and a half though....
