Is it doable to do a neurocritical care fellowship from a program that doesn't have neurocritical care rotations or a neuro ICU?

i go to small but decent residency program (all u.s. md students) and have been finding myself more and more interested in neurocritical care.

Sure. But you will want to rotate during your PGY3 or 4 year (depending on when you apply). Not just to demonstrate that you actually know something about the field, but to get letters. NCC is a small family, and we all know each other. A letter from a colleague makes a difference.

How do you know you like NCC if you've never been exposed to it?
