Neurology residency for carribean grad

Hi guys,
I just wanted to know how likely it is for someone from a Caribbean med school to land a residency in Neurology. I'm a MS III with a step 1 score of 223. Is it possible for me to get into decent mid-tier programs? How many programs should I even apply to? Thanks in advance.

I'm also a Caribbean grad but with average Step 1 and 2 Scores (80s). I have a few months of research experience and Honors in my 3rd year rotations. Any chance I might even get called for an interview?

I've applied to 40 programs.
