A few people recommended this to me, and the thought of being able to sit down and watch some lectures at the end of the day instead of cracking open a 1000+ page book seems pretty appealing, but before I spend money I wanted to know if anyone else has tried this, and what the target audience was (med student/intern/neuro pgy2?)

It's great, but it isn't really what it sounds like from the title. There are no lectures to watch. It is a large PDF document that you read as a textbook with short videos of patient interviews and exam findings throughout. Also imbedded images like MRIs and CTs.
