Neuropsychologist Career

Do pediatric neuropsychologist primarily do assessment or can they also help with rehabilitation? Do they ever do therapy for these types of patients? I am thinking about going to graduate school for clinical psychology and specializing in neuropsychology. I would want to work in a hospital setting. I am also considering going to medical school, but I cannot decide between that and clinical psych. I have taken the majority of premed classes but I recently shadowed a psychologists and liked it. So, I am just interested in learning more about the scope of a neuropsychologist's practice.
