Neuroradiology Fellowship Opening at Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York, NY starting July 1, 2017

The Department of Radiology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City has expanded to add a 6th Neuroradiology Fellowship position. As such, there is an opening for a one-year Neuroradiology Fellowship position to begin July 1, 2017. This is a one year ACGME-accredited program with a total of 6 fellows. The Mount Sinai Medical Center is a 1200-bed tertiary care center with a robust clinical service. Fellows benefit from a high volume of complex Brain, Spine and Head & Neck cases on a daily basis. State-of-the-art imaging equipment and post-processing software are regularly utilized when interpreting cases. There is abundant opportunity to perform research on multiple levels with leaders in the field. Fellows additionally gain experience in interventional procedures including neuroangiography, CT and U/S guided head and neck biopsies as well as spinal procedures.

Candidates should be board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology and hold a NY State Medical License or permit.
