Ok, so does anyone else think that Nevada's "proof that you're a resident" thing is SOOOOOO ridiculous/annoying/frustrating????!!!!??? What if you went out of state for college!!!!

I am not from there, nor have I seen it...but there are a couple states that are notoriously difficult to get instate resdiency for tuition purposes. Some dates are very easy (jersey, florida). I know when I went to school in PA we looked into getting instate tuition and it was ridiculous. Gave the rules to my sister and just could not find a loophole. (Sometimes it is school based and not state) Don't know what to tell you, but to make some phone calls.
